Shipping policy

At Cen-Tex Smokers LLC, we aim to provide our customers with exceptional service and high-quality products. Our Shipping Policy is designed to clarify our procedures for handling and transporting both our custom-fabricated cooking equipment and our soft goods. Please review the information below for details on our shipping practices.

Cooking Equipment (Offset Smokers, Low Country Cookers, Live Fire Cookers, and Live Fire Tools): Due to the custom nature and size of our cooking equipment, Cen-Tex Smokers LLC does not coordinate or facilitate shipping for these items. Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping needs with a third-party logistics provider. 

Shop Pickup: Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our facility. Please ensure you arrive with an appropriate vehicle to transport your equipment. Our team will assist with the safe loading of your items.

Note: Once the item leaves our facility, Cen-Tex Smokers LLC is not liable for any damages, delays, or issues that may arise during shipping or transport. We strongly encourage you to coordinate with a reputable third-party carrier to ensure safe delivery.

Soft Goods (Hats, Shirts, and Merchandise): For orders of our soft goods, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping. 

Our shipping schedule for soft goods is as follows:

• Shipping Schedule: All soft goods orders placed between Monday and Friday will ship the following Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week.
  
• Carrier Delays: Please note that while we make every effort to ship your order on time, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.Once your order has left our facility, transit times and any potential delays are managed by the carrier.
